Leap Kids Dental in Pine Bluff is seeking a Pediatric Dentist - or a General Dentist passionate about treating children - to join a well-supported pediatric practice on a part-time basis. This role offers full-scope pediatric dentistry, a collaborative team, and access to strong specialty leadership.Practice Details

Schedule: Part-time (average less than 30 hours per week)

Patient Population: Pediatric patients

Setting: Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient

Clinic Team:

1 Practice Manager

2 Front Desk staff

4 - 5 Dental AssistantsScope of Practice

Full-scope pediatric dentistry

Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care

Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)

Shared referrals with Westrock Orthodontics (Pine Bluff location)

Peer support availableWhat You’ll Do

Provide high-quality pediatric dental care

Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow

Maintain strong standards for patient care and documentationRequirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited program

Pediatric Dentist preferred

General Dentists considered if passionate about pediatric care

Pediatric experience preferred
