As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data & Analytics Product space, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line. The Data & Analytics Product team is responsible for providing the core technical capabilities and strategies for data producers, consumers, and governors to leverage data.
Job responsibilities
Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Develop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders in Operations Product as well as other Senior Leaders in other CCB Portfolios to drive delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-in.
Manage data analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting and communications related to product and portfolio performance to senior-level stakeholders
Advise and influence senior leaders and business executives on key business decisions and major change initiatives
Develop and deliver Chief Executives Officer level communications Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to work with ambiguity and laser focused on delivering results
Highly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business
Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven ability to lead and influence across complex, matrix organizations, fostering collaboration and building confidence with peers
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization and analysis
Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence with familiarity in Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau

Strong leadership and team management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
Experience in developing and implementing product strategies that align with business goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
