$24-$32 per hour + Benefits

We are a true one-stop shop, performing all landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, lawn installs, irrigation, and snow management in-house. We are hiring an Irrigation Installer to lead the installation and servicing of residential and commercial irrigation systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced irrigation professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to guide a small crew in the field.

What You'll Do

Lead and perform irrigation system installations on residential and commercial projects

Install and service controllers, valves, heads, sensors, piping, and wiring

Diagnose and resolve irrigation issues related to coverage, pressure, electrical, and hydraulics

Perform spring start-ups, system inspections, and fall winterizations

Program and adjust controllers for seasonal efficiency

Direct daily work and workflow for crew members

Ensure installations meet company standards and job specifications

Communicate professionally with customers on site

Track materials, time, and completed work accurately

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on irrigation installation experience

Experience leading or guiding others on job sites (formal title not required)

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, dig, kneel, bend, and work on your feet

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Dependable, professional, and proud of your work
