The Appointment Setter at The1Group is responsible for generating and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients, building interest in services, and ensuring a smooth handoff to sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain an organized calendar
Follow up with leads to confirm and reschedule appointments when necessary
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Provide excellent customer experience during initial contact
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
