Where do you fit in?
The Project Manager is an office based, solutions-driven role for our storm water division. This division of the organization identifies and manages storm water restoration and rehabilitation projects throughout the United States. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from inception to conclusion while communicating with customers and managing customer expectations and subcontractors. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed in a timely, safe and profitable manner, while helping create a more sustainable future for our waterways and communities!
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects according to contract specifications, company policies and procedures and safety requirements to ensure compliance.
Responsible for creation and execution of operational plans to ensure project success, including permitting, material and equipment procurement, labor and subcontractor management, quality control, safety analysis, and scheduling.
Manage expenses within KPI targets or project budgets.
Provide excellent communication both written and verbally with customer, field teams, subcontractors and internal team.
Acquire, onboard and manage subcontractors.
Collaborate with sales and estimating team for initiation of new contracts and projects.
Maintain consistency among corporate division, repair teams, subcontractors and customers.
