Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description
The Project Manager will oversee Data Center projects, collaborating closely with the regional team for more than three years. The role requires flexibility in scheduling based on job site requirements, allowing the Senior Project Manager to independently manage their day-to-day schedule, ensuring supervision and management of the project as needed.Responsibilities
Create and submit project Schedule of Values (SOV) as required.
Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, scale, and scope.
Maintain awareness of project budget versus cost, providing input on project estimates to complete (ETC).
Create and submit change order budgets, including soliciting subcontractors and material vendors for bids and quotes.
Plan the work to be done, assign duties to the right personnel, and hire team members for current and future projects.
Ensure timely project completion to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties.
Work within budget by adequately estimating costs and cutting unnecessary expenses.
Procure and allocate resources to prevent shortages and avoid delays caused by management decisions.
Manage internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, such as poor planning designs and government policies.Essential Skills

This role involves traveling to Data Center Construction Projects and working in environments that may be loud and dirty during site walks or when addressing field issues. The majority of time will be spent in the construction trailer overseeing the project scope, with a schedule of 2 weeks onsite followed by 2 weeks offsite.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
