CNC Machine Operator
Thornton, CO (On site)
Pay: $22–$26/hr + shift differential
Type: Contract to Hire Start ASAPAvailable Shifts
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+ $1.00/hr shift differential)
Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (+ 12% shift differential)
Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (+15% shift differential)Job Summary
We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to independently operate CNC lathes and mills in a precision manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to perform setups, read blueprints, and produce high quality parts to tight tolerances. Lead operators may support training and team guidance.Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathes and mills
Perform machine tool changes, and adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Produce precision parts to tight tolerances
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMM
Cut material using manual bandsaws
Deburr and finish completed parts
Work independently with minimal supervision
Lead operators may assist with training and mentoringRequirements
Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience (lathes or mills)
Experience with blueprint reading
Quality inspection experience, proficient using precision measuring tools
Ability to work independently and meet production standards
Steel toe boots requiredJob Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
