Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Executive Manager to support our growing IT Consulting organization.

This role will play an important part in ensuring smooth people operations, Executive Leadership support, employee engagement, and operational coordination across consulting and corporate teams.

The People & Operations Executive Manager will work closely with senior leadership to help implement organizational initiatives, improve operational processes, and support a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Executive Leadership, HR operations, employee relations, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities · Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team.

· Coordinate and drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

· Assist executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

· Manage executive priorities, internal communications, and special strategic projects People Operations & Employee Lifecycle · Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.

· Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Support consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Partner with HR and leadership to ensure smooth workforce operations across consulting teams.

Culture, Engagement & Organizational Support · Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusion.

· Assist leadership in reinforcing company culture and values across teams.

· Help coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.

· Monitor employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance morale and retention.

· Support change management activities during organizational growth or restructuring.

Operations & Program Coordination · Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and operational projects.

· Work with department leaders to support day-to-day operational activities and internal processes.

· Help track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely communication across teams.

· Coordinate internal meetings, leadership updates, and company events.

Talent & Performance Support · Support recruiting operations by collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters on workforce planning and onboarding readiness.

· Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, review cycles, and development planning.

· Provide guidance to managers on employee engagement and people management practices.

Compliance, Systems & Reporting · Ensure compliance with U.S.

federal, Georgia state, and local employment laws.

· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HRIS systems.

· Support audits, background checks, and HR reporting requirements.

· Assist with improving HR and operational processes for greater efficiency.

Communication & Collaboration · Communicate HR policies, benefits, and company programs clearly in both English and Spanish.

· Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and leadership teams.

· Build strong working relationships across departments to improve coordination and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, people management, or business operations.

· Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – mandatory.

· Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
