Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role We're seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across the bank.

This position will apply analytics techniques across the organization, from customer insights to operational efficiency.

What You'll Do You'll work to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Your projects will span multiple areas, including customer behavior analysis, risk assessment support, process automation opportunities, and dashboard development.

You'll help build predictive models, create visualizations that tell compelling stories with data, and explore how emerging AI technologies can enhance our banking operations in a secure, regulatory-compliant manner.

Day-to-day, you'll extract and analyze data from our systems, develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, assist in building machine learning models for forecasting and pattern recognition, and collaborate with business teams to understand their analytics needs.

What We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts are also essential.

We value curiosity about financial services and banking operations, strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
