What will you do as a Client Experience Host?
We are seeking a polished and service-oriented individual to support our in-store champagne bar while contributing to the overall client experience. This role is responsible for delivering elevated hospitality, ensuring a pristine and well-stocked bar environment, and supporting the broader store team as needed. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, anticipates client needs, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and luxury-level experience for every guest.
Provide attentive, elevated service to guests at the champagne bar, creating a warm and memorable luxury experience.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to enhance the overall customer journey.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a consistently high standard of presentation.
Maintain pristine presentation of all glassware in the bar area through consistent cleaning, polishing, and organization.
Ensure bar and beverage stations are fully stocked, organized, and service-ready at all times.
Follow and uphold all state and local laws and regulations for alcohol sales and service.
Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, replenishment, and assisting with counts.
Uphold the overall cleanliness and presentation of the bar area and surrounding store environment.
Proactively assist with general store upkeep during slower periods to maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with other store support tasks in the store as needed:
Assist with client pickups and ensure a smooth handoff.
Greet clients warmly and offer refreshments.
Run errands to storage and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
Serve as a back up to the Receptionist.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
What are we looking for in a Client Experience Host?
Experience in bar service and/or bartending
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service, preferably in a luxury environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with clients
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a willingness to support various areas of the store as needed
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall environment
Dependable, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude
Availability to work on Saturdays
Must be at least 21 years old
