Job Description:
EZ Hire Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support while maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Assist customers with questions, orders, and general support
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks
Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Maintain professionalism and positive attitude
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Basic computer knowledge (Word & Excel)
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Customer service experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
