We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a growing pediatric ABA team providing services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and support therapists/clinicians

• Collaborate with families and care teams

• Track progress and adjust programs as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA certification (required)

• Experience with ABA and DTT

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Must live in Michigan (required)

• Valid driver’s license
