Plant Scientist

1. Perform experiments in the greenhouse in phalaenopsis breeding, physiology, production, yield, and management of plant growth.

2. Monitor transplanting, cultivation and care-taking process to assure adherence to established plant-culture procedures

3. Research the phalaenopsis production problems including fertilizer, herbicide and pesticide along with disease and pest control and prevention.

4. Organize the planting, cultivation, harvesting and all other agronomic operations.

5. Work with team member to improve phalaenopsis yields and quality control efficiency.
