Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH(Remote). You will lead the creation of complex authentication flows and oversee end-to-end integration and operational support for enterprise IAM products .
Rate Range: $35/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Lead job responsibilities include:
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable authentication and authorization workflows using PingOne, PingOne DaVinci, and PingFederate for customer-facing applications.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Java-based components, ensuring high-quality, secure integrations aligned with architectural standards and technology roadmaps.
Create and manage enterprise-grade IAM configurations including OIDC/OAuth2, SAML, SCIM, MFA, risk-based authentication, token services, and certificate/keystore management.
Collaborate closely with application and platform teams to deliver seamless identity experiences, troubleshoot integration issues, and guide best practices for secure development.
Oversee operational management of IAM products, ensuring uptime, performance, and compliance with defined SLAs, including supporting production releases when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating industry trends, enhancing IAM workflows, and driving modernization efforts across identity platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, security engineering, or related technical roles.
2+ years of direct experience with PingIdentity products, including PingOne, PingOne DaVinci, PingOne Protect, and PingFederate.
Strong expertise in authentication and authorization standards such as OIDC/OAuth2, SAML 2.0, SCIM, JWT/JWE/JWS, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and certificate/keystore management.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
