We are looking for a creative and energetic Recreation Director to lead engaging activities and programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. If you’re passionate about making a difference and bringing joy to others, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead daily recreational and social activities

Develop monthly activity calendars tailored to resident interests

Encourage resident participation and engagement

Coordinate special events, outings, and holiday celebrations

Maintain activity supplies and budget

Document participation and ensure compliance with regulations

Collaborate with staff to support resident well-being

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recreation, activities, or senior care preferred

Strong creativity and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to lead group activities and motivate participation

Compassionate, patient, and energetic personality
