Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting teams to support the full lifecycle of derivative trades

Coordinate with global banking partners to manage settlements, collateral movements, and margin requirements

Ensure accurate and timely flow of trade data across internal systems and downstream reporting platforms

Review trade bookings and legal documentation to confirm accuracy and proper processing

Monitor and resolve issues with external service providers and internal stakeholders

Support collateral management processes and cash movements tied to derivative activity

Maintain and interpret trading agreements including ISDAs, CSAs, and related documentation

Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements across the team

Assist with FX, swaps, and options activity including trade affirmations and settlements through third-party platforms

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Exposure to investment or financial operations, ideally within derivatives

Understanding of post-trade processes such as settlements, confirmations, and reconciliations is a plus

Experience with tools like MarkitWire, triResolve, Acadia, GTSS, or similar platforms is helpful

Strong Excel skills are required, experience with VBA or SQL is a bonus

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Why This Role

Direct exposure to complex financial instruments and investment strategies

Opportunity to work closely with front office and senior stakeholders

A balance of operational work and process improvement initiatives

Collaborative team environment with strong growth potential

If you are looking to break deeper into investment operations or expand your experience within derivatives, this is a strong next step with a team that plays a critical role in the organization's success.
