ServiceNow Platform Operations Analyst
The Panther Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Operations Analyst to support the stability, performance, and security of an enterprise ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will help manage and maintain multiple ServiceNow instances while working closely with platform engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the environment remains secure, efficient, and scalable.
This position is ideal for a professional with a strong ServiceNow administration or development background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume enterprise environment.

ServiceNow Platform Administration
Provision and configure ServiceNow instances including development, test, UAT, and production environments
Manage instance lifecycle activities such as cloning, data migrations, and decommissioning
Maintain and apply platform licenses and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
Upgrade and manage MID Servers and integrations
Platform Stability & Performance
Monitor platform health and performance metrics including system response time, memory usage, and transaction activity
Conduct platform health checks and optimize system performance
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues
Implement automation and improvements to increase platform efficiency
Security & Compliance
Maintain and administer role-based access controls (RBAC), user roles, and permissions
Perform vulnerability reviews, patch management, and security audits
Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP and other enterprise security frameworks
Manage platform data integrity and support data sanitization processes when required
Incident & Change Management
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for ServiceNow platform issues
Troubleshoot incidents and restore platform functionality within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
Coordinate platform updates, patches, and changes through formal change management processes
Release & Upgrade Management
Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches
Validate upgrade readiness and conduct regression testing
Document release notes and ensure minimal disruption to users
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain technical documentation including platform architecture diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures
Create and update knowledge base articles for administrators and end users
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform roadmap planningRequired Qualifications
4+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and operations
Experience managing multiple ServiceNow instances in a high-volume enterprise environment
Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
Familiarity with Agile environments and ticket management systems (JIRA or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications
Background in software development or scripting within ServiceNow
Experience with automation and workflow improvements
Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance environments
Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow ecosystems
Pay up to $120.00 per hour DOE
