Professional Services Engineer, CALA- Mexico

Position Description:

Professional Services (PS) Engineers operate as the leading technical force of Regional Field Support Organization, responsible for the low-level design, deployment and advanced technical consulting of the entire Radware solutions portfolio. PS engineer is working in front of Customers, leading Radware solution implementation and support on Customer premises (on premises or remotely).

PS engineers cooperate with Pre-sales, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Global support teams inside Radware to implement solutions according to customer requirements and needs.

This position is hybrid, working from home and from our office in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of technical solution with Pre-Sale Engineers

Deep understanding of customer requirement and customizations

Creation of solutions detailed technical design and documentation – SoW, LLD, ATP

Solution implementation according to agreed schedule and timelines

Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during implementation (interaction with the back-office and R&D teams, if needed)

Conduct technical workshops and consulting with Customers and partners

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively

Requirements

At least 3 years industry relevant, integration work experience (Networking and Security)

Customer orientation and onsite support experience

Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3 Switching/Routing, L4/L7 switching/load balancing

Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, IPSec

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and virtualization products (VMware, KVM)

Good knowledge of Linux environment and script writing skills in at least one of the following: Bash, Perl, Python

Strong analytical and troubleshoot abilities - complex problems debug and resolution

Communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal

The role requires often traveling locally and abroad

Fluent English communication – written and verbal

Willingness to travel up to 30%

Advantages
