SUMMARY
This role is central to shaping the customer experience, driving growth across key accounts, and leading a high?performing team of Program Managers within a fast?paced PCBA contract manufacturing environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands?on execution, guiding customer relationships, commercial management, and cross?functional coordination to ensure programs run smoothly from quote through delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team.
?Growth Strategy & Relationship Development
Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy.
Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast?to?actual performance.
Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on?time delivery, and quality performance.
Tactical Business Execution
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross?functional teams are aligned.
Commercial/Contract Management
Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years in the field of Program Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2+ years leading teams.
Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services
Experience driving customer account development.
Strong customer relations and problem solving skills skills are a must.
Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
