As an Elevator Operator, you’ll help keep our ingredient operations running smoothly and efficiently. Every shift brings something different! You will:

Operate plant systems to safely transfer and move product

Position, inspect, sample, load, and unload semi trailers and rail cars

Run cleaning and grading equipment and complete quality checks

Manage grain transfers, steeping bins, and kiln malt

Operate equipment like Trackmobile, skid steer, snow blower, and more

Assist with sanitation and maintain GMP standards

Perform confined space and fumigation tasks (training provided!)

Support the team with additional duties that keep the facility running strong

Starting Wage: $25.50/hour

Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd Shift

Hours:

Monday–Friday (with Occasional Weekends)
