What You’re Walking Into
10+ ORs with full perioperative scope: Pre-op, OR, PACU, SPD
Strong nursing and tech base already in place
Executive support from a dedicated CNO
System-level backing, including a Regional Surgery Director who understands both the strategy and the local culture

RN and Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred
3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Surgical Services/Perioperative Services
