Job Description We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms—no phone interaction required. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
Resolve issues efficiently
Log all interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Maintain service quality and client satisfaction metrics Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
