Project Coordinator (Female)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a background in Industrial Engineering to support retail projects focused on store operations, process improvement, and rollout initiatives.

This role ensures efficient execution of projects across multiple store locations while optimizing workflows and resources.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end execution of retail projects (store openings, renovations, process rollouts) Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource allocation Monitor project progress across branches and ensure on-time delivery Analyze store operations and recommend process improvements Track KPIs such as productivity, cost efficiency, and turnaround times Prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates for stakeholders Collaborate with operations, merchandising, logistics, and store teams Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and compliance Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies Support continuous improvement initiatives using IE tools (time & motion study, process mapping, etc.)
