QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management or BS Psychology
Must have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with specific exposure to Compensation & Benefits, particularly government-mandated benefits.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and handle confidential information
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government mandated benefits, processing allowances, leave credits, and other employee benefits
Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Help organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Monitor attendance and assist in payroll-related tasks
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support other HR functions as needed
