Lead Developer Service Pathway Platform -(Fulltime)

Femploy by Infinite Code is recruiting for an onsite Lead Developer specialized in Service Pathway Platforms, based in Turku, Finland.

We are representing an innovative healthcare-tech client developing a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform in Microsoft Azure. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between complex healthcare workflows and scalable technical architecture using Node.js, React, and AKS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development with Node.js and frontend with React

• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions in Azure, including AKS deployments

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and ensure system stability, performance, and security

• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate healthcare workflows into technical solutions

• Guide architectural decisions in a multi-tenant SaaS environment

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience in Node.js, React, and Azure

• Hands-on with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and CI/CD pipelines

• Solid understanding of software architecture and multi-tenant SaaS design

• Comfortable working in a Scrum environment and leading technical discussions

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep)

• Experience with operational analytics or performance optimization in SaaS environments
