Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Pharma (Cardio-Diabetic)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) with 2–3 years of experience in Pharma field sales to drive business growth in the Cardio-Diabetic segment.
This is a field-based role that requires regular doctor visits, strong relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Promote pharma products to doctors and generate prescriptions
Execute company sales strategies in the field
Doctor Engagement
Regular field visits to Diabetologists, Cardiologists, and Physicians
Build strong relationships with doctors and chemists
Ensure effective coverage and call average
Territory Management
Plan daily field activities and route mapping
Identify new business opportunities within the territory
Ensure complete territory coverage
Marketing Activities
Conduct CMEs, RTMs, and doctor engagement programs
Execute promotional campaigns effectively
Reporting
Maintain Daily Call Reports (DCR)
Update CRM and submit sales reports on time
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences preferred)
2–3 years of experience in Pharma Field Sales (Mandatory)
Experience as Medical Representative (MR) or TSM
Exposure to Cardio-Diabetic segment is an added advantage
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good understanding of pharma sales and doctor engagement
Ability to work in a target-driven field environment
Knowledge of local territory and doctor network
