High-Performing Spa Sales Associate (Full-Time) – Base + Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for driven, sales-focused individuals who want more than just a front desk role.

At Hand & Stone Dublin, this is a performance-based sales position where your ability to connect with clients, suggest services, and convert memberships directly impacts your income and growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a sales-driven role focused on client experience and results:

Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members

Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals

Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs

Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow

Deliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out

Handle client concerns confidently and professionally

Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products

Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience (membership sales strongly preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Coachable, adaptable, and results-oriented

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
