Job Summary

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is looking for construction cleaners and machine spotters. Will perform various construction labor task if asked main duty will be spotting machines. We are looking to hire in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)

Good hand-eye coordination

Communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety rules

Punctual and dependable

Must be able to pass a 10-Panal Drug screen

What will be done

Construction Cleaner will assist with basic construction

Spotters will spot the Lift machine operator to insure safety when moving

Hours

Monday Thru Friday 6am start. Shifts will either be 8 or 10 hours long they will let you know on site must be able to work both.

Salary: 20hrs if no days are missed within the week if a day is missed pay will be at 17hr.

Location: New Albany/Johnstown, Ohio
