We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will manage payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee benefits and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure alignment with the general ledger.
• Utilize UKG Pro to streamline payroll processes and reporting.
• Address payroll inquiries and provide clear communication to employees regarding payroll matters.
• Collaborate with HR to align payroll processes with employee benefits and organizational policies.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Proven expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees.
• Proficiency in UKG Pro or similar payroll software.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
