Job Description:
Addressing calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services etc
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and process service requests as appropriate
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system and other applications whichever applicable
Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Stay up to date with product briefings, updates and other information which aids in customer service
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
Educational Qualification- Graduate
Relevant Job Experience- 1 years’ experience if Undergraduate
Skills and Competencies- Decent communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Customer centric approach.
Required Male profile with comfortable in evening shift and late night shift (15:00-00:00), (16:00-01:00)
