Litigation Associate Attorney

Holtzman Vogel, a national political, regulatory and litigation law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 2-3 years of experience to work on our litigation practice team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

This is not a remote position.

Candidates will have experience in some or all of the following and will handle a combination of:State and federal court litigation experience in UtahLitigation in the areas of appellate, constitutional, election and redistricting lawCommercial litigationGovernment investigations and white collar defenseLand use and environmental litigation Tax law litigation Applicant requirements: 2-3 years of experience with complex litigation matters within a law firm environmentJudicial clerkship is a plusState and federal court litigation experience in UtahCommitment to client serviceGreat written and oral communication skillsStrong academic credentialsGreat attention to detailSound judgment with the ability to prioritize and work as a team player under the pressure of deadlines and client needsAn entrepreneurial mindsetEnjoys working in a team environment
