Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Stepdown care to provide high-quality patient services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and assess patients in the Stepdown unit for changes in conditionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plansProvide patient education and emotional support to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Qualifications and Desired Experience:Active RN license in good standingProven experience in a Stepdown or progressive care settingStrong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Location:This role is based in Decatur, GA, a vibrant city known for its welcoming community, rich history, and excellent dining and entertainment options.
