Millwright

Rinvio is hiring a Millwright for a sustainable paper production facility in Wickliffe, Kentucky. This mill is located near the confluence of the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers and has a rich tradition of papermaking since 1969.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance on paper machines, rolls, bearings, and conveyors

• Align, level, and install heavy industrial machinery

• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Weld, cut, and fabricate parts as needed

• Support production uptime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

• Work with cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of millwright experience (pulp/paper or process manufacturing preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

• Welding and fabrication skills preferred

• Ability to work rotating shifts

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred

COMPENSATION:

• $40/hour

• W-2 contract position

• Weekly pay
