● 6–8 Years: Up to 18 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers with strong expertise in Java,

Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot,

and Microservices

● Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs

● Implement secure and high-performance applications

● Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

● Perform unit testing (JUnit/Mockito) and ensure code quality

● Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

● Work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

● Contribute to system design and architectural discussions

Mandatory Skills:

● Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ (preferably Java 17)

● Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, DI)

● Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture

● Experience with Hibernate / JPA

● Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

● Experience in API development (REST/SOAP)

● Hands-on experience in JUnit / Mockito

● Knowledge of Design Patterns & Principles

● Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL

● Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)

● Knowledge of JSON libraries (Jackson/GSON)

● Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Good to Have:

● Experience with Kafka / Messaging systems

● Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS EKS)

● Experience with SonarQube, security scans, and code quality tools

● Knowledge of multithreading and concurrency

● Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)

● Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Soft Skills:

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

● Experience in mentoring team members and conducting code reviews
