As a Systems Integration Developer, you’ll play a critical role in powering and enhancing our mail production workflow automation.

You’ll work on systems that directly support operations — ensuring data is processed accurately, workflows run efficiently, and integrations function seamlessly across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role where your code directly impacts production performance and business success.

What You’ll Do

Development & Integration

Write and maintain code that supports production and operational objectives

Integrate multiple software platforms and web APIs to ensure seamless data flow

Design and develop new applications and enhancements to improve business processes

Work within and improve existing codebases to optimize functionality

Data & Workflow Automation

Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases and reports

Prepare mailing files using USPS-certified applications

Automate and execute job workflows using advanced design tools

Develop structured systems and processes for efficient coding and automation

Testing, Troubleshooting & Optimization

Perform extensive testing and validation to ensure accuracy and performance

Conduct detailed manual code reviews

Troubleshoot and resolve errors quickly and effectively

Ensure code is clean, efficient, and well-organized

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to support new service offerings

Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

What You Bring

Strong programming experience in C#, VB.NET, or VB6

Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL Server

Experience integrating web APIs into applications
