Job Title: Ecommerce Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Must follow Eastern Time)
Schedule: Monday - Friday EST Hours
Compensation: $68.97/hr + paid weekly
Start Date: May 4, 2026 (Tentative)
The Ecommerce Consultant plays a critical role in gathering and analyzing data across enterprise platforms. This role supports web tracking initiatives to enable personalization strategies that enhance customer experience, improve loyalty, and increase share of wallet.
Essential Duties:
Translate complex business and personalization requirements into tagging requirements
Implement, test, debug, and monitor tagging to ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to define digital analytics reporting scope
Manage multiple active requests and prioritize tasks effectively
Develop standard and ad-hoc reports for digital marketing, web, and mobile performance
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize projects and handle urgent requests
Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues with team members and leadership
Maintain clear documentation for tagging implementations and analytics processes
Support website personalization and optimization strategies through data insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and tagging
Experience writing tagging documentation for eCommerce websites
Familiarity with testing and debugging tools (Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, AEP Assurance, Omnibug, etc.)
Experience building Adobe Analytics reports (alerts, classifications, processing rules)
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize site and database data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of eCommerce testing and optimization strategies preferred
