We are looking for an enthusiastic Application Developer to join our new development team. We implement advanced weather routing and ship performance analysis software. An ideal candidate would be a professional/programmer who can work on software implementation in an Agile environment under the supervision of the Software Development Manager. We are looking for someone who wants to adopt the business field, be a team player and contribute to the development of this ambitious project.

Your responsibilities

Assist users on our in-house software.

Make corrections to the existing code according to the problems found by the users

Implement quality assurance activities (ex: unit tests, integration tests, etc.)

Participate in our Daily Scrum meeting

Perform other related duties

Your background

About 2-5 years of experience in application development (web oriented is an asset)

Have worked on applications in the cloud

Autonomous, attentive to details and be an active collaborator

Have excellent communication skills in French and/or in English

Strong knowledge of C # and ASP. Net

Strong knowledge of SQL Server

Strong knowledge of JavaScript

Experience in developing unit tests is an asset
