Posting Salary Range: $33,762 - $43,554

Office Location: Office based within North Carolina (See requirements section for office locations)

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a 1915i/Personal Care Team (PCS) Administrative Assistant to join our team! The 1915i/PCS Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative support to Clinical Services (Care Management Department). Administrative Assistant is delegated significant responsibility for administrative functions to the office of the Associate Vice President (AVP) of IDD, 1915i and LTSS.

This position provides administrative support to the AVP of IDD, 1915i and LTSS and Vice President of IDD Care Management as requested. Administrative Assistant is available to assist all IDD Directors and other members of the staff as needed.

On a typical day, you might:

Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to AVP of IDD, 1915i and LTSS in a timely manner.

Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist as needed in the preparation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the AVP of IDD, 1915i and LTSS.

Apply organizational skills to provide administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives.

Provide administrative, clerical or custodial action to assist with resolving day-to-day issues for 1915i and PCS Teams.

Qualifications

Required:

High School Diploma or GED and experience in assisting a senior executive and one (1) year of clerical and office management experience. OR

Equivalent combination education/experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must reside in North Carolina and be able to report to closest Trillium office. Trillium offices are in the following North Carolina locations: Ahoskie, Asheboro, Beulaville, Greenville, Greensboro, West End, Wilmington, and Wilson.

Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:

Associate’s degree or Certificate in Business, Project Management or Administrative related field.

Experience operating equipment such as, but not limited to, fax machines, copiers, scanners, phones, projectors, digital recorders, video conferencing equipment and computers.
