Full-Time Direct Hire Monday–Friday

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a Bindery Folding & Glue Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a direct placement opportunity offering long-term stability, strong pay, and growth potential.Schedule

Training: 1st Shift (approximately 6 months)

Permanent Schedule: 2nd Shift (after training completion)

Full-time, Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain folding and gluing machinery

Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency

Perform quality inspections on finished products

Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production specs

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns

Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications

Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Experience in bindery, folding, or gluing equipment is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions
