About the Opportunity

We are supporting a well established, values driven organization in Central Ohio that is seeking a part time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This is a meaningful role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make an impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.

This position is part time on-site in a comfortable, modern office environment with dedicated workspace and onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead part time support of full cycle recruiting for exempt and non exempt positions

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure strong values alignment

Conduct screening, interviewing, and selection processes

Assist with onboarding and orientation activities

Build strong relationships across multiple Ohio locations

Support general HR functions as needed, depending on workload and schedule

Contribute to a culture rooted in coaching, development, and retention

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred

High integrity, strong character, and alignment with organizational values

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to support various HR activities when appropriate

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or other fast paced environments

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

Familiarity with ADP or Workday
