Getting Started
Drivers newer to the industry are accepted
4–6 weeks of training with a mentor
Guaranteed weekly training pay
Training includes real-world driving, inspections, and daily operations
After training, drivers move to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
Qualifications
Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
Entry-level drivers and those with 6+ months experience accepted
Clean driving record required
No major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No DUI in the last 5 years
No safety-related terminations
Work history must meet company standards
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug test
