As a Unit Manager, you’re in charge of your own restaurant. You’ll go from learning the basics to being great at running all of the aspects of our business: managing, coaching, training, and developing your team of Associates; restaurant service and production, and building relationships with your Customers and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. This includes "leading from the front" in production and service duties
Financial management: Manage sales and profit projections, control food costs, and work to achieve financial targets and profitability goals
Daily operations: Oversee all daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, from production to customer service
Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and company policies.
Inventory and supplies: Maintain adequate inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
Customer service: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience
Maintenance: Inspect the restaurant (inside and outside) and address any maintenance and cleaning issues
Requirements:
Strong leadership and "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in managing inventory, labor, and point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to adapt to a structured schedule and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with both customers and associates
