Supervise the quality of the product produced from the material used up to Finished Goods
Job Description:
Supervise and verify system implementation to ensure compliance with company standard
Monitor corrective and improvement actions recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System
Review reports provided by QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in process control and report them to the QC Section Head
Inspect and collect data on product complaints for follow-up corrective actions
Oversee calibration programs for measuring instruments and follow up on results
Conduct and verify trial runs with R&D for new products and packaging
Supervise and verify production process alignment to the company’s Quality Plan and SOP.
Review and verify stok opname reports and monitor OPEX
Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the 5R and safety program
Work with production teams to address any non-standard processes or products
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years in Quality Control/Assurance within manufacturing or food production, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, bottled drinking water beverages, processing standard (e.g. GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SJH), AMDK and Microbiology
Strong communication and presentation capability
