A Day in the Life of a Speech Language Pathologist
As a Speech Language Pathologist at ESS Clinical, you will:
Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech, language, and developmental needs
Conduct evaluations to track progress and identify areas for intervention
Develop customized intervention plans tailored to each student’s functional and educational needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth and success
Help students overcome communication challenges and achieve both academic and social milestones
Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on children’s lives and their ability to succeed.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist through the State Board
Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping children develop essential communication skills
