Requirements:

A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices

BCBA Certification (Required)

Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis

Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation

Strong data collection and analysis skills

Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:

Classroom counseling lessons

Small group counseling

1:1 behavior support

1:1 student support for breakthrough emergent needs

Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
