Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment, as well as supporting facility upkeep and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
Support facility upkeep and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee one Technician and provide guidance and support.
Create and manage a maintenance schedule.
Coordinate maintenance needs with outside vendors.
Essential Skills
5+ years of maintenance experience.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience in installing and setting up industrial machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minor experience with facility maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, HVAC.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
PLC troubleshooting expertise.
Welding experience.
