Job Overview
This position is primarily responsible for providing assistance to special projects that requires outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to details, knowledge in various ERP systems and passion to work in a dynamic team.
What You Will Do
Consolidate data map into one project template (mostly data entry)
Client account setup
Project tracking setup
Update ticketing system for request completion
Consolidate final reports for uploading in various ERP systems
Identify compliance and primary contacts and set them correctly in various ERP systems
Validate client’s certification on website listing
Notify account owner when clients are added to regulator’s certification list
Verify and validate customer’s information for offboarding
Removal of client’s information from ERP systems
Deactivate client’s account as needed
Update requesters on task completion
Update ticketing system for request completion
Design and set up customer cookie consent banners and translations
Append Sales prospect and existing account contacts
Audit and consolidate appropriate certification documentations
Track current customer participation status in various privacy regulations
customersValidate Trademark violation tickets
Validate GPS upsell cases
Assists in client report requests
Assists with other projects and initiatives as required to meet/exceed TRUSTe’s business objectives
What You Will Bring
BS/BA preferred
1+ years related work experience (or equivalent)
Excellent facility in the English language, both oral and written
Experience in B2B account management, client services or comparable role
Keen attention to details & ability to work through complex problems using creative solutions
Good project management skills
Ability to distill complex issues into easy to understand recommendations that can be conveyed in writing & verbally
Highly motivated and self-directed
Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Basic familiarity with Internet technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
Preferred but not required:
Functional work experience in privacy management systems
Understanding of data privacy management practices
Knowledge in various ERP systems (Netsuite, Jira, Salesforce, etc)
