Job Description We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via chat or email.
This role is perfect for candidates who prefer written communication over calls while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards Work Schedule & Training: Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Full paid non-voice account and customer service training provided What to expect: Fast-paced, text-based support environment Exposure to various industries and customer service platforms Requirements High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus) Good English written communication skills Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail Basic computer knowledge and ability to type accurately and multitask Willing to work onsite in Cebu Amenable to shifting schedules Why Work for Us?
