P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $15.00 - $18.00 / hour

Job Summary:

The Host plays a crucial role in delivering a top-notch hospitality experience by efficiently managing the flow of the restaurant. This position is the first and last point of contact for guests, creating a positive and memorable impression. If there is a wait, the Host is responsible for providing accurate wait times and answering all guest inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage courteously with guests (answer phones, greet, seat, and make reservations)

Maintain high safety and sanitation standards at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and manage crowd control

Familiarize yourself with the restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery process

Set and clear tables according to P.F. Chang's specifications

Learn and execute the curbside process and takeout expectations

Perform side-work duties as required for each shift

Job Requirements:

No previous experience needed - we will provide training!

Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette

Ability to adhere to sanitation practices and safety procedures

Excellent communication skills with co-workers and guests

Flexibility to work various shifts

Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
