Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Mid-City Electric, you'll take ownership of key commercial projects-leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. What You Will Be Doing:
Prepare bids and estimates
Secure profitable work
Maintain strong, positive relationships
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
Requisition needed supplies and materials
Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices
Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:
Demonstrated experience in a project management role
Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field
What Would Really Make You Shine:
LEED Certification
Accubid experience
Commercial electrical project management experience
